We were amazed by the attentive and kind service at Renaissance. Xavier Yuan, the assistant director of rooms, were great too fulfill our special requests and make us feel at home. Conveniently located near Suzhou Center, it's definitely our top choice for future visits. we highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel bar is very expensive. 69RMB or 9€ for a Tsing-Tao I find cheeky.

Great amenities and comfortable rooms. Conveniently located near transportation making it easy to get around. the breakfast had a good variety of food options.
Wi-Fi was also unreliable, causing frustration during important work-related tasks.

The hotel offers a wide variety of breakfast options and the staff was friendly. The swimming pool was a great way to enjoy the sunny weather. the location was convenient for exploring the local attractions.
The parking facility was inconvenient and the elevators were slow. , there was a bit of a wait for check-in despite arriving at the designated time.

Celebrating Xmas at this hotel was amazing! The room was cozy and the staff was incredible, they even offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to all the main attractions. The view from our room was breathtaking, we could see the city all lit up for the holidays! The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport.
The only downside was that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the parking lot was a bit confusing and we had trouble finding our car when we were ready to leave.
